About the Proprietor

Mr.Pranav N.Shah is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) he is also a qualified B.Com and LL.B.

He joined the firm as a partner in the year 1982 and since the demise of his father Mr.Naimish N.Shah he has been operating the firm as a proprietary concern.

Mr.Shah has a rich experience of dealing in Direct Tax laws, Corporate laws, Indirect Taxation since last 36 years for various corporates and non-corporate clients. He regularly appears before various Tax authorities for their assessments and appeals.

Associates

Mr.Naman Shah heads the Indirect Tax practice of the firm. He is LL.M by qualification and guides clients in all aspects of indirect taxation and ensures that sound legal solutions are catered to them.

He has successfully handled large number of service tax audits/ litigations of corporates as well as non-corporates clients as an associate of the firm.

He has been a catalyst in implementation of Goods and Service Tax (GST) amongst the clientele of the firms in a very practical and holistic manner which would result into there tax efficiency.

Ms.Nirali Shah heads the corporate Legal practice of the firm. She is a qualified BB.A, Inter-CS, LL.M. She synergies the legal requirement of corporate clients by providing them efficient legal solutions under Corporate laws.

She has handled number of company law board (CLB) matters apart from forming large number of Companies and Limited Liability Partnership (LLPs)

She has been at the forefront of the firm in order to ensure regulatory compliances as per the new and latest guidelines/notifications of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Mr. Tanmay Shah is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) he is also a qualified B.Com and D.I.S.A.

He has been practicing in the city of Rajkot since last 9 years in the field of Auditing and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation.

He possesses experience in equity research and making of presentation for NRI and HNI Clientele, He has been a guest speaker at Investor Awareness Program jointly Hosted by National Stock Exchange and NSDL.

His areas of interest include Equity Research, Mutual Funds, Personal-Finance, Information Technology, IS Audit.

He looks after all the business operations of the firm in the Rajkot region.
